Our mission is to passionately motivate every athlete* in the world to make healthier lifestyle choices through results driven fitness programs and innovative products!

Founded in 2009, BluePrint is one of the most well-known and respected boutique group fitness brands in South Florida.

GETTING STARTED

We want to make training with us as simple as possible. Any of our classes can be booked on our website or even from your phone. All you have to do is create an account, buy a credit(s) and book a class at our studio. If it is your first time training with us, please try to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class so we can check you in, give you a tour of our facility and introduce you to your Coach.

If you just want to come for a tour of our studio before trying a class, feel free to email us and we can set up a time that works best for you.

RESERVING A CLASS

Booking a class can be done online or in person. Online guarantees you reserve your spot in the class in case it sells out.

PURCHASING CREDITS

Every class you attend requires a credit. We have many options available that range from a 1 class pack all the way to a 100 class pack. We also have an unlimited membership if buying classes annoys you. You will always have the choice on how you want to train with us and we have a package for every budget.

CHECKING IN

If it’s your first time training with us, please try to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class so we can check you in, give you a tour of the studio and introduce you to your Coach.

After your first session, you can arrive five minutes or earlier if you wish from your scheduled class and your Coach will automatically check you in.

We value your time and I hope you value ours. With that said, our classes always start on time so please be on time so you can get the most from your class.

NEW TO BLUEPRINT

At BluePrint we have created an inclusive environment where you can feel safe, destress and be the best version of yourself. Both our CrossFit and BootCamp classes are suitable for any fitness level. It really all depends on YOUR personal goals. Our Master Coach’s can infinitely modify any workout to give you the stimulus you need. You do not need to be “fit” to start with us, we have seen every level of fitness imaginable and are ready to help you get life changing results!

We recommend a minimum of three classes per week to see results. As your fitness improves you can add additional classes to your routine to take your results to the next level!

WHAT TO BRING

We casually say all you need to do is show up and we can take care of the rest. With that said, comfortable running shoes, a small towel and a water bottle are good items to bring. We have water fountains and a smoothie bar for all your pre and post workout needs if you happen to forgot your water or post workout shake.

We are musicians, graphic designers, programmers, fashionistas, social media wizards, lovers, social butterflies, athletes, internet nerds, amateur physicists, and many other things. We have brought all our collective experiences in our lives and have the rare gift and ability to touch our clients and impact their lives positively. Where your doctor is your life guard, ready to resuscitate you in time of crisis, we are the swim Coach that will give you the tools so your health never drowns. We are lovers of humanity and truly LOVE changing lives daily. We are a company built purely on purpose and not on a bottom line. We are scientists, experimenting with our bodies in a quest for maximum human performance. We are real life nutritionists, and we practice or better yet, eat what we preach. When you happen to shake all these things up and blend them together what you get is one AMAZING group of teachers and our subjects of choice just happens to be CrossFit and BootCamp.
WHY is the reason we do what we do. WHY is the reason we want you to join our family. WHY is the reason we will never let you quit.
