The CrossFit WOD is designed for people that want to look good naked, better themselves at sport and everything in between. Each WOD can be infinitely scalable for any fitness level.

 Conditioning WOD:
8 Minute AMRAP
Max Wall Balls
Every 2 minutes stop and do 20 Double Unders
Rest 2 Minutes
10 Minute AMRAP
8 Curtis P’s 95/65
16 Pull Ups
24 Double Unders
Rest 2 Minutes
8 Minute AMRAP
12 Front Squats 95/65
6 Burpees Over Bar
100 M Run
